Perfect Location
The location was perfect. Short walk to dinner and to the canyon. Location makes all the difference and this one couldn't be better. I love Twin Falls and will be staying here from now on whenever I visit!

Wonderful Stay Close to Canyon Rim
This was a great place for our short visit to Twin Falls. Very close to the Canyon Rim Trail and convenient to many points of interest in Twin Falls. We would definitely stay here again for future visits

Art’s bday get away
We had a great stay the property was really just perfect. It was in a great neighborhood super close to a lookout area of the beautiful Snake River also close to shopping, dining and the local attractions. The host was very helpful we had trouble getting but our faults we didn’t read the inductions but the host called us and walked us through it I would absolutely stay here again it was a five star stay all the way around. Great room for a short stay
This is a very nice room set up for a short-term stay. Very new, very clean, great location, good parking, great bed, very nice washroom and set up like a hotel room with a fridge and microwave. From our perspective of using VRBOs, as nice and clean as this was, we found it awkward as a VRBO rental. The room is quiet (the kids in the house were no issue at all) and the king bed is comfortable. We are used to being able to relax at VRBO rentals in the space, and at least be able to make breakfast or lunch. The write up said it had a toaster, but we could not find that. There is no way to hang up any clothes, there is nowhere to put an open suitcase (other than leaving it on the sofa or bed), the alarm clock had no batteries when we went to use it, the sitting area / sofa is in a very narrow almost hallway-type area, so trying to sit and look up to watch wall TV was awkward. There is only one night table, so reading in bed means using the overhead light. The notes still ask the guest to wash the dishes (no dishwasher) for the next guest, but there was no dishcloth, so we used some material that we had brought. The small eating counter was somewhat functional, but not like a table with comfortable chairs. So overall, this place had a lot of very good things going for it, and if we booked it as a one-night hotel room, it would have been very lovely (it still be nice to be able to hang up some clothes). As a multi-night stay, and a place to relax, we found it somewhat a struggle.

Brian we appreciate your honest feedback and take it very seriously. We do provide a toaster but it must have gone missing and our cleaners don't always notice if its missing. We are making arrangements to add a few spots to hang clothing and a few luggage racks to help with the suitcases. We are always trying to get better and provide the best space for our guests so thanks again!

Excellent location
This was a super cute studio apartment! Very modern & clean, with all the needed amenities, plus 2 TV’s. The location was excellent, it was nearly on the Canyon Rim. The access to the Canyon Trail was right around the corner. The trip to Shoshone Falls was a 17 minute drive. Everything was so close. I highly recommend it!

Ideal Twin Falls Getaway
With bikes and kayaks in tow, we were looking for a quiet place in good proximity to the Canyon Bike Trail and this loft was perfect. It was a safe place to leave our bikes when kayaking, immaculately clean and offered everything we needed. It’s a small space with a comfortable king size bed and small kitchen, very clean and modern. Christian was responsive with any questions, very helpful! Just around the corner was access to a bike path that connected to the Canyon Trail and we rode to Shoshone Falls and back. We then headed west and put our kayaks in the Snake River at Banbury Hot Springs and kayaked to Blue Heart Springs and back. A wonderful 3 day getaway!

Clean, convenient, and worth it
Property is located in a quiet residential area not far from the city center. The hosts are a lovely small family that is considerate to the guests, communicates very well with guests, and is quite accommodating to change such as an early check-in. The apartment is immaculately clean, and the perfect size for two adults and perhaps an older child. Wi-Fi is strong and there's coffee maker with coffee included. I actually don't want to tell you about it because I don't want it to be booked the next time I come through Twin Falls. 10/10 plan to reserve here again!

The Absolute Best!
Christian and his family really provided me and my friend a safe place to spend the night in Twin Falls. It was so clean and pretty, and the bed was incredibly comfy too. I especially loved that we were able to adjust the temp cause it was a bit chilly at first. Do mind that this is a family home and although we heard the kids sometimes, it was no biggie. Just be aware of that if you're looking for something completely quiet. Kids will be kids! It was also close by to the heart of the city too so honestly, 5/5!

Definitely Recommend!!
Can't say enough great things about this property! Host communicated quickly, was very accommodating, and easy to work with. Location can't be beat--it's close to everything. Property is clean, has upgraded finishes, luxury linens and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed for a month, but it would be great for a short stay as well. I will be recommending this place to all my family. My only suggestion would be to add a place to hang clothes.

Beautiful studio apartment
This is a beautiful studio above the garage. It has a refrigerator and microwave. The King size bed is comfortable with four pillows. The bathtub is large and it has a great shower/bathtub combination. Very clean and modern. It has two televisions with internet so you can access your subscriptions. We loved the Tesla charging station. The only problem that I see is that the stairs could be a problem with older people or people with bad knees.

Snake Canyon Gem
Beautiful property and surroundings. Extremely clean and nice. Overlook to the canyon is just down the road, you can get a peek of it from the one window. We loved the tub/shower, great size for us tall people. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. I'd definitely stay here again!

Very clean, new and Tesla Charger
Beautiful studio loft in a quiet neighborhood. If you drive an EV this place has a charger included which is why we stayed here. Space might be a little tight for more than 2 people but highly recommend.

Christian's place is close to the Canyon trail rim and is in a quite neighborhood. He is very responsive to messages. The place is modern with a nice bed and couch. I am not sure why other renters found it noisy, but it was super quite for us. The kichen space is small, but good enough for microwaving and making coffee. The entry instructions can be improved as we didn't receive the entry code. The best part is the EV charger which is for Tesla but we were able to use for Ford Mach- E with an adapter.

Great location and nicely appointed but can be noisy.
The property is located close to restaurants, stores, and attractions. Rental is well built and decorated. Only issue was that since it is attached to the house, and owners apparently have small children, it could get noisy in the evenings which affected a couple of early mornings for us. Otherwise, we never saw/heard the property owners. Also, in the binder they left with info/restaurant suggestion, renters are asked to hand wash dishes they used since there is no dishwasher in unit. Issue is that they are relying on renters to clean dishes well enough to be used by follow on guests, and that the dishes are sanitized to prohibit any communicable disease spread. Would suggest owners run any used dishes through a dishwasher between guests.

EXCELLENT!
I have to say, I would stay here anytime I’m in Twin Falls! This is a tiny luxury apartment with everything you could possible need. It’s modern, immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The communication with the owner was great. He responded quickly to all of my questions and I knew that if I ran into any issues, it would be handled promptly. In addition to great customer service, Christian personally recommended a restaurant that hit the mark with delicious food and amazing views of the canyon. I have stayed in very high end homes with massive square footage and amenities and I would choose this little gem over and over again.

Good 3-night stay for 2
Pictures and descriptions are accurate; Christian is a kind, responsive host. The king bed and sofa were comfortable, so we slept well. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and 0.4 mile on foot to Federation Point - the start of the Canyon Rim Trail. Folks who like scented air would be happy here (we were allergic). Folks who like eating on sofa would do fine. The dining counter may be 10-inch wide, and the chairs were uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was luxurious. Hubby and I love hiking in Twin Falls.
