'Long wait at check in. Airco downstairs, but room hot and no airco. Check out time 11.00. But at 10.30 they said we had 10 minutes.
Airco unit of downstairs next to room window…. Unbelievable. A lot of noise.
Awfull service of front desk. Mostly not occupied and you have to call an outside number with your cell.
Best hotel of Colchester. What a Joke. '

'Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan.
Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this?
Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . I have never stayed at a B&B with a 30 mins breakfast window.
