'A spotless accommodation with good quality coffee in the room. What made this a 5star place was the receptionist. She was very very knowledgeable about the environment, gave us great tips ánd was very welcoming when we arrived (2 hours before check-in time!). '

'If you are driving through or staying a couple night we highly recommend Brian Head Lodge. We received a warm welcome at check in plus complimentary cookies, room was clean, great weather, ate dinner in the lodge restaurant. The fish and chips was made with Haddock and it was delicious! Service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive by Marissa. The kids had a great time in the pool and the Jacuzzi was the perfect temp. The only down side was the floor we were placed on had stairs and...

'It's cozy and themed to the Festival. Susan is very knowledgeable about the plays and the Festival history. The breakfast each day is delicious and varied. There was major construction going on next door which made it noisy and a bit dirty, but that's temporary, I'm sure. It was a wonderful stay.'

'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!!
We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean.

'Ongeïnteresseerd personeel zeker bij het ontbijt. Een grondige poetsbeurt kan geen kwaad. Huisdieren zijn welkom , nou dat is ook wel te zien. Zeker de tapijten hebben een poetsbeurt of beter nog vernieuwen. Hangt ook een vreemde geur . '

'The staff was very friendly. There was a small problem with the TV, but that was quickly rectified. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. It was very quiet at night. And the parking was easy and secure. They do need to repair the soda machine though. Luckily, there was a Mavrick gas station just across the street.'

'Our stay for the Shakespeare festival was very enjoyable. The property was convenient to the festival and restaurants. Many things to see and do in Cedar city.
The rooms were clean and breakfast was satisfying. We also enjoyed the other amenities like the gym and pool.'
