The property owner gave us text message alerts about the Aurora- we had to drive away a little bit because the auroras were weak & neighbors' yard lights too bright. -I enjoyed having our own separate cabin & the large expanse of corner windows to view the trees & snow & distant view. So many other reasonably priced VRBO's were basement type rooms.'

'I really enjoyed the stay at Jamie’s cabin. It was clean, smelled great and had everything we needed plus some. Everything was thought of. I especially loved the St. Nickerdoodle coffee. 'We enjoyed our stay at Gilmore House. Laura was super helpful, providing resources before we arrived and checking in via text through our stay. Laura and Martin live next door so are available if needed and very friendly. The house has loads of charm and thoughtful touches. For example, we stayed during a few warm days with lots of sun coming through the lovely windows - thankfully fans were available to keep things cool in each bedroom.'

Once on a tour and AGAIN right over our heads at this awesome cabin. The cabin is very cozy will all the conveniences need for our family of 5. The surroundings are very private and peaceful and North Pole, AK has all you need to stay provisioned. Fairbanks is 20-25 minutes away and is a great little town. We highly recommend staying...
