  • Beach en Racquet B311 is een derde (bovenste) verdieping appartement aan het strand aan de Savannah Beach en Racquet Club op het rustige noordelijke uiteinde van Tybee Island. Geniet van vrij uitzicht op de baai, schepen, garnalenvissers en dolfijnen vanaf uw eigen gemeubileerd balkon. Het appartement onderging updates in april 2015 en zal de gasten bieden een algehele geweldige ervaring voor hun verblijf. Nieuwe laminaat houten vloeren, verf overal, maar ook heeft bijgewerkt meubilair en decor. Dit is een geweldige locatie op slechts een korte wandeling naar het gemeenschappelijk zwembad en toegang tot het strand! Parkeren voor dit appartement is zonder enig voorbehoud voor slechts 1 voertuig. U krijgt een parkeerkaart bij het inchecken te ontvangen.

    Deze woning heeft een geactualiseerde gedeeltelijke keuken en een eetbar zitplaatsen twee. De keuken is uitgerust met een koelkast onder het aanrecht, een oven met convectie-broodrooster, een overdekte elektrische koekenpan, een waterkoker met warm water, Keurig en een standaard koffiezetapparaat. Er is geen oven, kookplaat of vaatwasser. We hebben er echter goed voor gezorgd dat alles is ingericht om gasten te ontvangen. Er is een Queen bed en een tv in de slaapkamer, 1 ingebouwde hal stapelbed voor een kind en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Er is ook een 42in flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer. Dit appartement zal voor maximaal 4 comfortabel. Dit appartement biedt in-unit high-speed draadloos internet voor uw gemak. Handicap vriendelijk (lift, niet ADA compliant).

    Over de Savannah Beach and Racquet Club
    Gelegen aan het rustige noorden van Tybee Island direct aan de baai waar de Savannah River de Atlantische Oceaan ontmoet. Er is een strand, maar geen echte golfslag. Kijken naar de dolfijnen te spelen en de schepen komen naar de haven. Het condo-complex beschikt over toegang tot het privéstrand, een 14x20` zwembad en een 10x10` kinderbad, tennisbanen, een eigen parkeerplaats, een omheind complex, WiFi-toegang bij het zwembad en een strand- en racketkantoor en een gemeenschappelijke wasmachine (droger) met muntinworp ( s) in elk gebouw.

Beautiful spot

We truly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. This place was amazing. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony with our morning coffee and watch the birds. Highly recommend.

1970s revisited

This rental is outdated something terrible, the shower is a reminder of my shower growing up in the 70s. The views were great, north beach is quiet, and location is good especially if you intend to go to Savannah.

Apartment although small, worked out fine. There were few extras just a salt and pepper shaker, dishsoap, papertowels No napkins, no coffee filters, etc. Great views from porch of the water.

Perfect little spot!

We wanted something outside of Savannah and beachfront and this fit the bill. There were dolphins daily that you could watch from the balcony. Had some good meals at local restaurants and enjoyed the quiet this place offered. The only negative was the bathroom needs to be updated. It was clean but definitely past its prime. The condo had everything we could need.

Fourth of July Weekend Getaway

This unit is sweet. The view from the balcony is super nice! It stays shaded and a little more cool for most of the day. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a range and full refrigerator. The pro and con is that you are actually located on the bay and not the beach. This provides much opportunity to watch dolphins and less crowds. Overall a sweet place to stay if you dont want to be in the heart of Tybee. I do think it would be helpful if the parking pass and information was left in the room and you didn't have to stop by an office. Also, the door to the deck and the entrance door need to be sealed so the unit doesn't feel damp all the time.

Somewhat decent

All the pictures and details listed about the property made the property appear a lot nicer than was actually the case. The condo/room is more older and fragile. The shower/bathroom door kept falling off, walls and doors were all scratched and the overall appearance of the place was below expectation.

Great location

This condo was in a great location, and clean. Owners definitely need to invest in a better mattress and couch. When you sit on the couch you feel as though you sink to the floor. The mattress squeaks horribly on one side, and is very uncomfortable. It left my husband and myself with a sore back, and me with a sore hip for the entire trip. I would rent again in a heartbeat if it weren't for these 2 things.

Very noisy and water had an odor

Every morning people were running up and down the halls. Very noisy! Bed was not comfortable, springs hurts my disabled veterans husband’s back. Over 700.00! From 405 sat until 10am Sunday. Too pricey for what we got. After all extra cost just too much. Needs updates . The space was very narrow.. it looks larger online. Very disappointed

On the morning of our 2nd day, our neighbors asked if we heard scratching during the night, we had heard something but were unsure what it was. Well it turned out that it was RATS in the condo just next to us! They had seen several and had to trap one/killed one even after having told Management group, who according to the neighbors said there wasn't anything they could do!!! We left a few hours later and did not complete our vacation there. I am still awaiting a refund of our last night! Our shower door was also unsafe as it took 2 hands to move it to keep on track and not have it fall into the tub! It took 2 separate calls to get that remedied! Will not return to this condo area!

Great View, Good location, Issues at check in

Better directions to the office for the check-in packet and a phone number would have cured our issues. When we arrived the GPS took us to three different places for the same address as was in the confirmation email. There was no phone number to call on the email or in the web site. Luckily we had the entry code for the unit and there was a sign in the window with a phone number but by that time it was just barely after 5pm and the office was closed so I left a message. Then I called back and made the phone selection for "owners" and connected to a person in the emergency after hours system. She gave us good directions with Google Earth photos to the office to get our check-in packet that included the gate pass and parking pass. The next morning I received a text message checking on our progress. After that, the communication was good. The view from the balcony (3rd floor) was great and we were able to watch the dolphins, fishing boats and ships going and coming from the Savannah Port. Kitchen was well equipped but the range shows signs of abuse and we did not have an opportunity to try it. Nice bathroom with a relatively new shower (bathroom floor could use a better scrubbing). The location for us was perfect - away from the hubbub of the party area of town. A 3 mile long and flat island is no problem getting anywhere on bicycles. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this one again.

Great place!

Views as promised on the website. Property manager was very responsive to text messages and check in went smoothly , even though we got there past 9pm. Condo was as expected from the pictures, clean and everything functioned as advertised except Xfinity... The property manager did help out by installing a loaner wireless internet box, (took a minute to figure out we were supposed to use it vice the Xfiniti setup) Definitely would have made watching TV dicey, but we didnt go to the beach to watch TV anyway, no loss. No issues with the couch as others noted, but one side of the bed has a very creaky box spring - wouldn't hurt to change that thing out for a more comfortable and quiet stay. Creaky bed is why i put 4 stars overall. Very clean, especially for an older beach front condo. Well done and modern kitchen and bath remodel. We tried to find a way to take the shower home with us, but figured we might get charged extra : ) Linens were clean and plentiful as were other necessities (didnt have to make a late night run to CVS for TP like our last BnB in downtown Savannah a few years ago) Nighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors seemed pleasent and parking was adequate. The condo itself is well insulated from the adjoining units, so we didnt notice any noise from the two adjoining walls. We were in building B and the elevator did work, wish we had found it sooner than our last day. To all concerned. We had a geat Thanksgiving vacation on the beach!

We LOVED this location. The condo was quaint, very comfortable, well appointed, and exceeded our expectations. We hope to book the same unit next year. For us, nothing beats beach front. Couple things below that might help first timers. 1. I tend to read everything and must have missed the noise rules. They are reasonable rules but nicer to know ahead of time instead of via text after the fact. 2. We did not know how to get the gate to open. There were lots of instructions about not following the car ahead of you but not much about using the lanyard gate card. A bystander happened to see us struggling at the gate and walked over to help. 3. GPS might take vacationers to the wrong place for checkin. We became “lost” and because it was after hours there was no rep avail via phone to help us navigate to the right place. We had to back track from Polk Street to find the multi-story gray building with pink shutters. Zero complaints though. Highly recommend.

Very cute and cozy!!

Really nice place to stay! Everything was nicely decorated and updated. 3rd floor room with complete privacy. No elevator so prepare to get a workout going up and down the stairs, especially with your luggage. The pool was nice and stocked with plenty of chairs & tables. They also have pool accessories and toys for guest to use in case you didn’t bring any. Definitely recommend this facility!

Loved the porch where we watched so many dolphins! Lots of steps however, made use of the elevator as we brought up luggage. Kitchen needs outlets more accessible for toaster oven, coffee maker etc. Pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great view!

We enjoyed staying here, the view was awesome! The condo was clean and comfy. There is NO hall bunk anymore, and it is in the listing, but it worked out ok for us with the pullout couch. The shower door had some issues, but we called the property management company and they sent someone over right away. All in all it was a great stay and recommended!

Gorgeous ocean views but...

I would love to be able to give it 5 stars but there were aspects I did not enjoy. First off, there was a used washcloth left in the shower. There was a bright pink laundry bag left outside our door. After calling to Tybee Vacation Rentals, I was told someone would be by to get it. Nope. That part was okay but the bed, oof that part was not good at all. It was creaky and my back suffered through the entire time we were there. The shower door doesn't seem to be hung properly. One of the outlets seemed to be falling out of the wall. Gorgeous views but the condo was not the same quality level as the other condos I have stayed in at the Savannah Beach Racquet Club.
