1- Check-in was a fairly easy process
2- We received an email after booking that the building was undergoing maintenance etc... Both pools were being under full rebuilt, therefore, could not be used...
4. Because of all repairs, the adjacent restaurand was closed, and a generator was being used all night long, so beeing very noisy
5. Worksite would start at 5 am.....
6. Upon arrival, we found towels folded, but wet .. so we dried them ourselves in the dryer.....
7. On the good side, we did get quick response on a toaster issue, that was replaced the same day. Although, not the best in the sense that you can hardly fit a normal slice of bread...
