Bee by the Sea, slechts 50 Yards naar het strand! Dit appartement, gelegen aan de zuidkant van Tybee is perfect gelegen aan de stranden van South End, winkels, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden. Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers is perfect voor een familievakantie. Parkeer uw auto in de parkeergarage en verplaats deze nooit! Gelegen op Boylston Place # 6, bent u op loopafstand van alles wat u nodig hebt op Tybee.

Gelegen op de derde verdieping van het gebouw. De hoofdingang is net de trap op van de overdekte parkeerplaats. Deze Condo is gerenoveerd met een mooie keuken met granieten aanrecht, roestvrij apparaten en een aangepaste glazen tegel backsplash. Er is nieuwe vloerbedekking die ideaal is voor gezinnen die met huisdieren reizen. De open plattegrond van de woonkamer is perfect voor entertainment en tijd doorbrengen met familie en vrienden. De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank en een tweepersoonsslaapbank voor flexibele bedden, en een flatscreen-tv. De woonkamer opent naar het balkon. Open de deuren om de winden van de Tybee te voelen! Geniet van het uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit het comfort van uw overdekte balkon.

De master suite heeft een kingsize bed, een aangrenzend bad en een 32 inch flatscreen-tv. De schuifdeuren leiden naar het achterbalkon dat naar de lift leidt. De sleutel van de schuifdeur bevindt zich in de hangkast die aan de deur hangt. Dit maakt het meenemen van bagage naar de derde verdieping veel gemakkelijker. De logeerkamer is ingericht met een queensize bed en een 32 inch flatscreen-tv.

Het appartement heeft twee off-street gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen. OPMERKING: Grotere SUV's passen niet in parkeervakken - vooral tijdens piek- / hoogseizoen. Wifi is beschikbaar. Deze accommodatie is geschikt voor gehandicapten (lift, niet conform ADA). Deze accommodatie is tegen een toeslag huisdiervriendelijk.

Great Location to the bars/stores/restaurants

The condo was very nice. The issues we had were the Keurig didnt work and being on the 3rd floor with a broken elevator was not enjoyable.

1. The place was disgusting… you’ll want to wear flip flops at all points in time, the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned ever, the couches felt sticky, and to top it off a roach twice as big as a quarter was found under the trashcan when we were taking the trash out. 2. The ceilings and floors are creaky and no sound proofing so you’ll get to enjoy the upstairs neighbors “noise” throughout the night…yes, you can even hear what they’re saying. 3. We randomly showed up with a maintenance guy changing the batteries in the fire alarms because he got a ticket to do so even though we never called or submitted anything for that. The guy was super nice and respectful but just an uncomfortable experience. 4. The last day leaving the elevator didn’t work so we got to carry all our stuff down the stairs…not a huge deal but just the cherry on top. This didn’t live up to what the expectation was and with #2 listed above it’s definitely not kid friendly at all. I normally don’t write a review but feel it was necessary this time. On a positive note, it had parking which was nice and the communication leading up to the stay and after the stay was good and clear on how to check in and out. Proximity to the beach was nice

Beautiful space

Our small group really enjoyed this property. It was as beautiful in person as in the pics. Furnishings were in good condition and kitchen supplies (dishes/cookware) were plentiful. We had some issues w the dryer but once I pulled it out and straightened the venting, it worked perfectly. My only concerns were: the proximity to the bar down the street (I was a little surprised at the drunk party people haggling my teen-aged girls) and the parking lot when all units were rented. It was very tight and I felt nervous trying to fit our reasonably sized vehicle. Someone parked in our second spot to unload and we just let him stay there because he couldn’t fit his car under the spot for his own rental due to height issues of his vehicle. Overall very nice property.

This was a cute condo close to the Beach on Tybee Island. Unfortunately the floors has not been cleaned and there was a strong odor of urine in one bathroom and the rest of the flooring was filthy. The balcony furniture was dirty and needed to be wiped down before we sat down there.

Great place, steps from the pier.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The unit was as pictured. Spacious on the inside and a large deck! Having the elevator really helped! The only issues were there was a huge hair clog in the master tub. I was able to get most of it out (gross). The ice maker kept clogging due to it being full. Once we emptied it, it worked fine. Also the patio door takes a bit of effort to get it to lock. The living room furniture could benefit from a deep cleaning. But all in all, it was a great place and will definitely be on my list for return trips.

Nice condo and location - however, the AC ended up heating up our condo instead of cooling it. Ended up to be 91 degrees one evening - fortunately, it was cool outside, so opening windows took care of it. The kitchen amenities were a bit sparse.

Perfect for us!

You can’t beat the location of this rental. A SHORT walk to the beach and beachside bars and restaurants. The rental was the perfect size for 2 couples and we loved having the balcony space. The rental does have some imperfections including stains on the couch and scuffed up walls. But I felt that the rental was cleaned really well prior to our arrival. We didn’t have any noise issues from neighbors and truly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Place!!

This condo was so clean, cute and the location was outstanding. We could walk to everything. The kitchen could use some items (blender, utensils, etc) but since we didn't cook it wasn't a problem for us. We ordered our meals online and walked to pick them up. The parking is tight but there is off street parking. We will def stay here again and encourage others to stay!

Very clean and comfortable condo very close to the beach. Great location, close to some food, although hours were sporadic due to staffing issues at a couple of the restaurants. Easy to walk to others or grab a taxi for those a little further away. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Communication with management was excellent.

We had an amazing weekend. The property was perfect. Parking leaves a lot to be desired. Spaces are way too small!! Way too much paperwork with property. I’ve used VRBO multiple times and never went through so much paperwork and anxiety. I’m a good guest and never cause issues. This process was taxing

I loved everything but the parking spaces!

I was pleasantly surprised that this condo looked just as nice in person as it did in the photos. It was clean, nicely decorated and super close to the beach. My only disappointment was the lack of space in the uncovered parking area. I understood only being allowed two vehicles however they are so close to the neighboring parking spot that it makes it almost impossible to open your car doors on larger/wider vehicles.

Convenient Condo

The location was convenient with short walk to the beach or to the shopping area. The Beach area on the South side near the pier has some strange people out around dark. Take some precautions in the evening.
