The unit itself was great although the microwave should be checked out to ensure it’s operating properly (the display was flashing when we got there and while we were able to get it to work eventually, it took some patience. Very disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub. It was turned off when we arrived and the initial temperature was 73 degrees. It did not reach a suitable temperature until the morning of our departure so was not used at all. Also the elevator was turned off and one of our party was handicapped and this made navigating the stairs very difficult for him. We noted in the visitors logbook that the previous renters (who were there for two weeks) complained about the same issue. We contacted the management firm upon check in but they did not provide any real support. For example - “Oh yes it can take a LONG time for the hot tub to heat up”, and with the elevator - one response was “Oh, that’s the HOA’s responsibility” and the next day - “Oh, it’s STILL not working?” And the person I spoke to on the phone would hang up mid conversation - it felt like he really did not care about our issues.
