     Ligt direct achter het historische officiers rijtje (John Mellancamp is onze buurman!)Dit rustige deel van Tybee ligt dicht bij de vuurtoren en North Beach.
    Gelijkvloers, omheinde tuin, hoge plafonds en extra grote ramen waardoor er veel daglicht binnenkomt. Dit huis is volledig opnieuw ingericht en ontworpen. Het huisje biedt nu 2 volledige badkamers en een extra "watercloset!"
    Vol met kunst van lokale kunstenaars en vintage vondsten, comfortabele meubels en het beste van alles de extra grote afgeschermde veranda met schommelstoelen. Echt een zuidelijke charmeur van een huis! Dit huis is een historisch huis en de huiseigenaar heeft een extra complete badkamer toegevoegd voor in totaal 2 1/2 baden! Nog een andere unieke eigenschap van ons huis! Dit is de helft van de duplex met aan de andere kant de Enlisted Men's Mess Hall. Beide zijden zijn rustig en hebben een eigen / aparte ingang. Heeft u ruimte nodig voor een groot gezin? Huur beide kanten!
    Gratis off-street parking voor 2 auto's.
    Minimumleeftijdsvereiste: Moet 25 jaar oud zijn om deze eigenschap te huren.

An amazing family trip!

The house was well appointed and in an amazing location both on the island and to get to Savannah and surrounding attractions. The private beach access was amazing. The house was comfortable and we appreciated the historical significance of the property. I could not believe that we had neighbors, it was so quiet. A king size bed in the master would have made for a better night sleep, but the property is pretty much perfect. We would love to visit again! Thank you!

There was plenty of room to spread out and the porch was a welcome and breezy place to rest. The beach was a short walk through a hidden garden (watch out for all the spider webs that get made overnight!) and we found lots of wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!
