Silver Seas 203 is de perfecte plek voor een strandvakantie - Parkeer uw auto en geniet van alles wat u nodig heeft binnen slechts een blok of twee! Dit hoek-unit appartement is gelegen op slechts enkele meters van het South Beach en op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels, de Tybee pier en nog veel meer. De 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement is comfortabel ingericht, heeft alle moderne voorzieningen, en is zeer ruim in omvang op meer dan 1275 vierkante meter. De open plattegrond is perfect voor samen tijd doorbrengen tijdens uw vakantie. De woonkamer is voorzien van comfortabele stoelen en een flatscreen-tv met kabel en Bluray-speler. Het eetgedeelte is voorzien van tafel stoelen voor 4 met extra zitplaatsen voor 2 aan de balie. De ruime keuken heeft granieten werkbladen en roestvrij apparaten. De eigen gemeubileerd balkon is toegankelijk via de eetkamer en is de perfecte plek om te genieten van de zeewind. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een tv en het aangrenzende hoofdbad heeft een bubbelbad in de tuin en een aparte douche. De kamer heeft een queen size bed en TV.

Gereserveerde parkeergarage voor 2 auto's (grote SUV's en over-sized trucks passen mogelijk niet in de garage). Draadloos breedbandinternet is beschikbaar voor gasten. Handicap vriendelijk (lift in gebouw - niet ADA compliant).

Beautiful, spacious home near the beach

This spot was absolutely perfect for our family's little 4-day getaway to Tybee Island. The home provides plenty of space and is a brief walk from the beach, restaurants, and sites. We were able to walk most places except when we went to the north end of the island. Such a great home and location, we would love to stay again!

This is our second time staying in this building. Both times it has been clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised. It’s a very short walk to the beach, it’s very close to all of the shops, and it’s very close to the pier. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful condo close to the beach. Everything we needed was there and it was really nice place to stay. The tub in the bathroom did not drain and would fill up with water during a shower. Other than that it was a great place.

Reunion with Best Friends

We enjoyed meeting with dear friends in Tybee Island after a long separation due to the pandemic. The condo was very roomy with lots of seating and an attractive and well stocked kitchen. The location was fabulous, as we could walk to the beach and to several wonderful restaurants. Upon check in, we found a large fresh stain on the master bedroom carpet, which the property manager acknowledged after I called, but was unable to get professionally cleaned during our stay. Attention to a few additional items would make this a top rated property from our perspective- -The master bath shower door didn’t close and the sinks didn’t drain properly. -The bed in 2nd bedroom squeaked loudly and the mattress needs replacing. -The dining room chair cushions need cleaning or reupholstering. We had a great time with our friends, delicious food at nearby restaurants, and excellent service from each one we visited. It was a wonderful reunion in Tybee Island.

A good place to stay when in the Savannah area

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a fairly short walk to the beach. Because it was mid March, we could not get in the water, but we enjoyed walking up and down the beach. It certainly was not crowded. As far as the condo, it was clean , comfortable, and well furnished. There is a small clothes washer and dryer. The wifi worked fine. It seemed like there were about a 1000 TV stations available on the cable system. I will say that it was hard to tell exactly what supplies would be furnished. We called Tybee Beach Rentals (the management company). The staff member was unclear herself exactly what was there. For the most part there were more supplies than what was stated in the paperwork. Really the only item in short supply was trash bags. The unit is part of a building containing 9 condos in 3 levels so you have neighbors. 10 pm is "mandatory" quiet time. We never heard any noise from the other units after that time. There is a common walkway in front of the 3 units on each level to access the entrances. I do not know if it would be wild and crazy in the summer, but we were well satisfied with our stay.

Nice Location Unit is exactly as described

The unit was exactly as described/pictures. It is a short walk to the beach area and local restaurants. The is weird because you have to drive down a slight hill (it’s the only way I can describe it) to get into the garage. We had to give our car a little extra gas to back up out of the garage. There was also a spot on the floor in the master bedroom. My husband and I thought it was a wet spot from the cleaning crew, but after being there a couple of days the spot was still there. Overall we enjoyed our quick little getaway and it was more space than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the space. I am sure in the spring and summer months this place wouldn’t be available due to the convenient location.
