Twee zeemeerminnen is een prachtige 3 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers luxe appartement in mediterrane stijl in de Brass Rail condo gemeenschap aan de zuidkant van Tybee aan de strandzijde van Butler Avenue. Dit schattige appartement is vol van Beachy decor en de lokale kunst; funky en leuk!
Geweldig strand / zeezicht vanaf uw eigen balkon, evenals zitplaatsen op het balkon; de perfecte plek om te lezen en te ontspannen! Deze appartementen zijn op zeer korte loopafstand van het strand, de Tybee Pier, winkels en restaurants!
Functies zijn onder meer verbeterde afwerking en apparaten, granieten toonbanken, op maat kasten en roestvrij apparaten. Elektrische grill. Wasmachine droger. Bubbelbad en een aparte douche in de master bad. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere twee prive-zwembaden, buitensauna, liften, en de gemeenschap picknickplaats. De openingstijden van het zwembad zijn van 10:00 tot 22:00 uur en het zwembad is het hele jaar door geopend.

It was a great property for a girls trip. We especially loved having the pool as it was very hot while we were there and it was nice to come from the beach to the pool. Location was great, walkable to many great restaurants and stores. Overall great stay!

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

My dad had to have oxygen delivered prior to our arrival and Tammy went above and beyond to assure everything went as needed! Perfect location!

We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. We had two dedicated parking spaces, so never had to worry about parking. My family will definitely return!!

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.
