'Room was clean to most but could definitely be cleaned better especially the picture frames as they were dusty... bathroom had loose hair in places...detachable shower heads would be great and the tub layout was very inconvenient as the knob was on the wall and not under the shower head as you opened the shower door! 'For a higher end hotel, I was disappointed. One wall in the room showed a terrible patchwork; they didn’t provide very many towels; the hallway was hot.
I guess you could consider these nit-picky things but other (lower-end) hotels have been better imo.'

'Staff was terrible, overcharged for room and still waiting for refund. Billed for valet parking when they no longer offer the service. I used to be a frequent customer but after this last experience I will not be back, which is a shame it's conviently located for me. 😠'
