'Everything was great beds very comfy. Only complaint would be the elevator was a bit rough going down. The coffee was excellent. '

'Not clean. Hair from different people on the bed sheets.The elevator was broken. This wasn't mentioned at check-in, and we had the top room. Breakfast had limited options.'

'The room smelled like stale cigarettes and body odor. There were cockroaches on the walls in the rooms and in the hallways. We had our newborn and 2 year old with us, the pull out bed in the room was so disgusting we couldn’t use it. The couch itself was not much better. Dirt flew out when you smacked it. Hair all over the tub and sink. The whole place just felt grungy and unclean. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. '

'We always stay here when we come to Salt Lake. It is close to the airport so it’s great for early morning flights. The breakfast is good. The grandkids love the big pool and water slide. We’ve always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. '

'The actual mattresses looked like they had actually been peed on multiple times and the outer side door didn’t really lock. I found some sort of bug in one of the cups in the room. Breakfast was mediocre and service was ok. '

'Prima basic hotel met goede faciliteiten. Kamers waren netjes maar wel gehorig. Locatie makkelijk te bereiken maar niet in de beste buurt van SLC. '

'Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund!'

'Good location but not really Downtown. Older building but remodeled. Rooms and bathroom clean. Because it is an older building you hear noises from rooms above '
