We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. She also told someone there were no extra pillows or blankets amd also said they dont accept triple A discounts. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. 'GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby.'

'It looks as if some maintenance is going on at this property. Front desk was very accommodating when we arrived early and re-rooming us when the first room smelled like smoke. Second room was cleaner and smelled good. '

'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. 'Maria’s B&B is located in a cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and large. The place overall felt really clean also. Breakfast was more than we could’ve dreamt of with Maria preparing homemade muffins and frittata for us. Maria is super friendly and accommodating.
