'Location is great! Hotel is cleaned regularly, however it is a there are furniture items that need to be replaced. For example, the couch in our room had dried coffee stains all over it, torn wallpaper in our room, vent in bathroom was full of lint. The bed was well-used, with deep body indentations. Furniture in the lobby was torn and a lot of the faux wood furniture had deep scratches in it. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had what we needed, yet I feel for a Marriott and to uphold the...

'Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever! '

'We tried to check in and no one was at the front desk. We came back an hour later and we got our room. It smelled of smoking, so we got another room. The bathroom had hair all over it and some kind of stain on the wall. Don't recomend staying here. It also seemed like a shady part of town.'

'This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.'
