'We love this hotel! Our daughter is in the UOP Dental program which is right next door to this hotel. This is our favorite hotel of all places. The rooms are very clean. The decor and layout of the rooms are nicely done. I love the motorized drapes that open and close. The view for the higher floors see beautiful. The staff is very professional. Very high quality furnitures the beds are soft and fluffy. Thank you to all the staff!'

'This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. 'Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel itself has a great vibe and beautiful design. One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. 'Centrally located hotel, with amenities such as free coffee/tea, co-working placed with soundproof booths, printing, gym, kitchen with microwave/fridge …, self-check in available, guarded 24/7 which was needed: a lot of homeless people in the area: especially during night time, would not feel safe if alone, fast WiFi, clean room but very small: almost no storage room. We barely had place for 2 large suitcases. Limited privacy if traveling with someone. Monsoon shower. Monsoon shower'

'We’ve stayed two nights and asked the Front Desk for a ‘No Disturbing’ tag. We’re still waiting.. room was outdated, beds small and the incheck lady was not very friendly. We’ve stayed in Hilton Sacramento and that was a 10 experience, this one in San Francisco is a 1* facility. You’ve to pay $6,- for a coffee in the morning, not a outstanding breakfast included like Hilton Sacramento. Never again Parc 55 for us!'

'We enjoyed our stay at casa loma. The accommodation is in a older building. So you can hear everybody moving talking etc. Not a big problem for us. And the room was very small. But it was clean. Bed was good too. The receptionist lady was very kind. And helped us out a lot of times. So if you are in San Francisco and Need a good place to stay casa loma is recommended'
