Helpfull and friendly staff. The breakfast that was included was ok. But our room was terrible. We stayed in the back of the hotel. It was very outdated and unclean. Everytime when we came in our room, it stinks like the toilet. Furthermore, we had lots of musquitos. There was no klamboe available, so we had to kill like 5/6 musquitos everytime before we went to sleep.

Oude kamer inrichting waar verschillende zaken kapot waren. Na dit overlegd te hebben, is dit adequaat opgepakt. Echter doordat de kamers niet erg goed onderhouden zijn hebben we ook veel dieren (mieren, gecko's en een schorpioen) binnen gehad. Locatie van het hotel is top. Matrassen zijn erg hard, kussens stinken. Overall geen aanrader helaas. Wij verbleven in een huisje, deze zouden met een beetje investering weer helemaal mooi kunnen worden.

Prachtig resort met winkels in de buurt.
Prachtig resort met 2 mooie zwembaden. Rustig gelegen, maar met winkels en uitgaansleven om de hoek. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Goed eten en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Mooi hotel met uitstekende ligging
Gelegen aan de hoofdstraat van Ubud, op loopafstand van monkey forest. Drukke straat met veel leuke restaurants. Eenmaal in het hotel merk je niets vd drukte. Mooie zwembaden en vriendelijk personeel.

The breakfast was a very good. The only thing i did not like was the shower tub super high to get in and out and was awkward. but worth the price... The staff was amazing! Monkeys come in the morning sometimes!

The property was very nice and well located, but the rooms are average. Bathrooms could use some renovations and the rooms need a bit more decoration. There were no towels at all when I arrived and it took over 2 h to receive them. The internet wasn’t working well and my room was next to a loud bar… so location good but disappointed by the rest.

Amazing location
The location is amazing. But folks with mobility issues should let the hotel know so that you are not placed in a room far from the lobby, which requires navigating steep steps and a couple sloping walkways. The front door of our suite took several tries to lock, the back door never locked. The toilet also ran continuously. But staff are lovely and the location is fabulous.

Despite being bang in the middle of Ubud the resort is an oasis of quiet and relaxation. So beautiful. Loved it and it rounded up our Bali holiday just perfectly.

Private Villa 1 Bedroom- Inspect your villa first!
So disappointing… The one bedroom villas are quite pricey, but we are willing to pay for them. However, this has been the worst we’ve seen in Bali. We used the photos and text in Expedia as a guide to deciding to stay there. When checking into the villa for night one we had significant problems. No outdoor furniture on the balcony, missing sunbeds, no lounge as shown, no kettle, TV didn’t work, blinds were broken so didn’t close properly, no in room safe as advertised, no glasses. And bizarrely the fridge was in a cupboard and not plugged in, because there was no hole in the back of the cupboard for the cable to go through, so the cable couldn’t reach the plug. So we have to pull out the fridge and move it across the room to plug it in. Initially reception said “our marketing team must have had the old photos up”. Given we booked 3 months earlier, clearly not true. We suspect the villas were booked out and they just gave us one that was unfinished, hoping we wouldn’t complain. We were moved to a new villa the next day. All of the above problems or items missing were there. However…. Initially we noticed the safe was locked so we couldn’t store our valuables. Reception said they would solve but never did in the remaining three nights. So we didn’t tell them of the other issues as it was clear they didn’t care much. Air con simply doesn’t cool the room and would auto switch off every half hour so not even working as a fan. The private villa pool water wasn’t deep enough to re

Pros: Great price, beautiful property, amazing pool/poolside area and delicious breakfast (for price). Excellent location, on main road, close to main attractions. Friendly staff. Cons: took one star off bc room was not as clean as we would’ve liked. Also, our room was loud at night since it was right next to bar (but not all rooms were loud). Overall would recommend (especially at that price)!

The staff are kind and the villa garden is beautiful, but the rooms are the opposite. During the entirety of our stay, we had issues regarding the cleanliness and condition of our room. Bedding was old and never changed, towels/bedding had stains or smells, and the room was much more run down compared to the listing. In the end, we left our stay at Pertiwi a week early due to the above reasons. The villa had agreed to issue a refund for the unused nights for a fee but have since stopped replying to emails and calls completely, leaving me unable to receive a refund. Save your money and don't book here unless you want to be dissapointed.

The property looked like you were in the forest, I mean beautiful. But at night I always saw lizards in my room making noises (or not sure what animal made those sounds), then it was raining like for 70 hrs straight and I had a big leak in my out-resting area. The cleaning wasn't the best. They could do a better job in that area.

A beautiful resort conveniently located near Monkey forest and Ubud Art market. The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially the man who checked us in. The resort includes a very serene spa and pool. Breakfast is limited but still very delcious.

The hotel has only just reopened post COVID so the grounds need a bit of work done but the staff are working on it. I hope they bring back the buggy for transport within the complex. Have stayed several times and love the position of the hotel. Our room was quiet except for the sounds of running water and bird life and had beautiful views of the pool and grounds. My family and I will continue to use Pertiwi whenever we’re in Ubud.

AVOID!! HORRENDOUS.
HORRENDOUS. I would suggest people avoid this place. I was the only guest, the room smelt (as if there weren't enough to choose from, all of them!) People were there before I arrived and seemed to have left also. It felt unsafe, the rudest staff were on duty, peomises made by the owner to improve it turned out to be untrue. I packed up and left very quickly and Hotels.com has refused to refund ANY of the stay as apparently 'it can't contact the property', so no help there?! I was surprised by the total lack of help! Ill get a refund via my credit card. Disappointing however.

The service wasn’t warm and not helpful. Called from room to the customer service ,no one answered. The Breakfast wasn’t worth the value. The bed sheets were not cleaned , the pillows had bad smell, sweat and oily. The bathtub was clogged and the faucet was broken. Bugs inside the bathroom by the bathtub floor.

이번이 두 번째 방문입니다. 지난 6월에 방문했었고, 이번 11월에 다시 방문하였습니다. 우붓은 저와 완벽하게 맞는 지역은 아니였기에 이번 여행에서 다시 갈지말지 고민했으나 pertiwi에서의 환상적인 기억때문에 우붓에 재방문 했습니다. 뒤편 수영장에서 별이 쏟아져 내리는 우붓 밤하늘을 보게 된다면 누구나 이곳으로 다시 오게 될 수 밖에 없다고 생각합니다. 직원들은 항상 친절하며 미소짓고있고 가격대비 고급스러운 전통 리조트 느낌을 받을 수 있습니다. 건축된지는 조금 오래되어 낡은 느낌이 들기도 하지만 우붓에 자리하고있어 그것조차 좋습니다. 우붓을 여행하는 친구가 있다면 꼭 추천해주고 싶습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 수압입니다.

まあまあ
口コミが良かったので決めました。清掃はきちんとされていますが、建物がかなり古いです。wifiも入らず3回目でやっと対処してもらえました。確かに立地は抜群でJL.monkeytとJL.Bismaどちらにも出られ便利ですが、敷地内に高低差があってかなりきついです。街歩きで疲れているので敷地内を歩くのが億劫でした。年配の方や足の悪い方は避けましょう。

DISSAPOINTING
Dirty room on arrival, unacceptably so. No more than a dribble of water coming out the shower for a whole week. Grass seemed to being given endless water. No internet in room, had to sit in a mosquito infested lobby to log on. Too much chlorine in pool.

The bed was too hard. Could only have one pillow as they said they were full but we noticed some vacant rooms. If you are mobility challenged this is not the place to stay.
