Wonderful, comfortable, clean, felt at home. Super nice staff, lots of choices and custom choices at breakfast, free shuttle to central Ubud, comfy beds and pillows, books, gym, restaurant.

Service is AMAZING. Can’t overstate how they are everywhere all the time and know what you want or need before you do. The location is nice, along the river. The upgrade to the river view wasn’t worth it for us though. From the bar, the restaurant, the pool etc. you always have a view of the river. Happy hour, BBQ night, Satay night… all amazing! Likewise with the incredible buffet breakfast every morning!

Great property if you want the US feel without the US prices lol It's quite convenient and they have a shuttle that goes to the Ubud market a few times in the day.

Great choice in Ubud
Fantastic place to stay in Ubud. The views of the river are great, the rooms are well equipped and clean, and the food was excellent. But what really impressed was the friendliness of the staff, who could not do enough to help. Would definitely stay again.

Good choice for a hotel style
The best thing about this hotel is the staff's diligence to please us in our dietary needs, adding activities, and provide additional comfort elements. If you looking for a traditional good value hotel in Ubud then this is a good choice.

The property is AMAZING! Views are stunning the staff is incredible, the ladies in the spa are FANTASTIC! Only thing that was a pain point was the food. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but every other meal was not very good. But there are several other places to eat around the area so I would definitely stay here again! Great experience overall!

A truly memorable experience. This is my second time with a Marriott Bonvoy hotel and it never fails to impress me yet again. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I step in till I leave the hotel. They were very proactive in catering to my request and were always ready to strike a conversation with guests. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable with a taste of Balinese touch. The breakfast buffet was also great and they offer a variety of dining options as well. Overall a great experience !!

Great hotel with spotless and modern rooms. Would stay here again. Note it takes 20-30 mins to reach Ubud town, and the hotel shuttle slots are very limited.

Very nice Hotel, comfartable, quiet and beautifull. Staff are very polite and courteous. The only thing that would make this hotel even better is by providing more variety for breakfast buffet. I would really recommend this HOTEL, SUPERB. Keep up the good work.

Amazing!!
Amazing stay!! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very impressed with the hotel. t was a gorgeous hotel and we loved our little room with the balcony too! The pools are very good also. We enjoyed breakfast here every morning and cannot fault the food served in the hotel! The staff were very kind and attentive and customer service was brilliant! We also loved the fact that there was a shuttle bus to take you into Ubud which was very convenient and the driver is a lovely man! Would highly recommend here!

Nice countryside location but compromise is a 15 minute drive to Ubud but there is a free shuttle bus. A kids pool would be good.

There are no proper words to express how wonderful experience we had in this hotel. Everything is more than excellent ... room with huge comfortable bed and great view of jungle forest and river, 2 great swimmimg pools and bar terrace , amazing breakfast and especially the very kind and hearty smile staff ready to help at any moment.
