Mooie villas en appartementen in een rustige omgeving in Ubud. Weg van het drukke verkeer net scooters en auto's. Vriendelijke personeel die ervoor zorgen dat je niets tekort komt. Ze helpen je graag met excursies of regelen een vriendelijke (privé) chauffeur.

Such a beautiful villa in walking distance to all the action of Ubud. The pool was absolutely stunning and the staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

Great hotel in Ubud! It’s a real unique experience to be in the city center of u if walking distance to everything and yet still very quiet and tranquil. The hotel is very new, beautiful rooms, nice pool area. The stuff very helping. Manager Ketut helped me to make my second reservation, was very attentive. You can ask anything and will be helped. Highly recommended

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 한결같이 친절하고 요청사항도 바로바로 들어주셨어요. 도착했을 때 너무 더웠는데 실링팬을 미리 켜두셔서 방 안에 들어가자마자 바로 시원해졌고 방 앞 테라스 뷰가 진짜 미쳤어요. 시내랑 가까우면서 가장 제대로 된 정글뷰를 즐길 수 있는 숙소인 거 같고 웰컴드링크도 밖에서 사먹는 주스보다 맛있었어요, 건강한 맛! 청결도도 우붓 포함 발리에서 간 숙소 중에 제일 좋아서 쾌적하게 있다 갔고 외부 일정을 많이 잡아놔서 4-6시 사이에 제공되는 애프터눈 티타임을 못즐긴게 너무 아쉬워서 언젠가 꼭 다시 가고 싶어요! 조식을 방 앞에 테라스에 차려주는 것도 너무 좋았어요. 아침부터 예쁜 뷰를 바라보면서 잠옷입고 차려주는 밥이라니,, 게다가 양도 푸짐하고 메뉴를 음료 포함 4가지 고를 수 있어서 배부르고 맛있게 먹었어요. 우붓을 다시 간다면 진짜 꼭 다시 들르고 싶어요.

This property is in easy walking distance to markets, restaurants and the palace. The staff are lovely, very hospital and provide a 5 star experience. There is a small kitchen on site that prepares food and breakfast. It is simple, but very good. The room was very comfortable and as a solo traveller, secure and private. I really enjoyed staying here, there are so many options and it can be difficult in choosing somewhere to stay, but this was overall an excellent choice for me.

Overall stay was nice, Only thing I want to mention is we booked suite with terrace view, and paid extra bucks online for this, but when we checked in they told us that they don't have suite with terrace and gave us suite at ground floor. This should be checked by staff properly when a booking happens at their property.

Hi and many thanks for writing a review. I am sorry to hear we have not fully delivered on your expectations. All our suites have a terrace as it says in the listing, it’s a balcony (upper floor) or a patio with a surrounding garden (ground floor). We also dont charge extra for any of the options, it’s the same room type and guests are placed based on availability when booking. Some guests prefer upper floor, some lower, and I am so sorry if your preference was not available upon your arrival. That said we always take feedback seriously and will talk to the booking channel if the terrace can be better clarified. I do hope you still enjoyed your stay and welcome you back in the future!

The staff at this villa are incredibly helpful and kind folks. The customer service was excellent but I would say it was their warmth and care that won me over. I got unexpectedly sick upon arrival. While I stayed in, the kind staff checked in on me. What’s more, I have several food allergies (which is why I wanted a place with a kitchen). They patiently and kindly worked with me to find things that I could have from the menu, making adjustments as needed. I am convinced this is why I healed in 2-3 days time. I can attest to the grounds, being in my villa recuperating for several days really gave me a chance to appreciate them. Impeccable and beautiful. Highly recommend to talk to the gardener; interesting fellow and dancer at the Kecak Dance nearby! This is not anything of the villas doing but you should be aware that the street to the villa is very narrow. Car Gojek/taxis/drivers sometimes have a hard time maneuvering. That didn’t keep me from finding drivers but sometimes delayed pick ups and drop offs. The villa is a short walk from where most things are happening though and you can always opt to walk to a more accessible pick up point.

We absolutely loved our family stay at the White Villas in Ubud. An easy 4-5 minute walk into the centre of Ubud, yet surrounded by lush, peaceful jungle. The pool was fantastic and the staff were super helpful and caring. We loved the breakfast, as well as the other meals and snacks available in-house.

街からも徒歩圏内で、丁度良く静かな場所にあり、山奥のような自然を感じられます。朝は様々な鳥の鳴き声で目が覚めました。 朝ごはんは選択式で好きなものを選べ、ヴィラのバルコニーで優雅に食べることができました。 宿の人も親切にしてくれて大変心地よく過ごすことができました。帰りはホテルのタクシーを利用してクタまで行けたので大変便利でした（行きはブルーバードタクシーを利用しましたが同じ値段だったので快適に乗れました）。 次回もこちらに泊まりたいです。

The staff at The White Villas Ubud are incredibly kind and thoughtful! They were some of the nicest people we met in Bali and made our stay absolutely lovely. The villa itself is lovely and mosquito free. Breakfast is delicious and perfectly portioned. The room is clean and the bathroom is beautiful! We felt very and taken care of, I wouldn't change anything. 10/10 stay, will definitely make it a point to stay here again! We are a totally smoke free hotel and need to honor this in respect for other guests, while we could not let you spoke within the property. Regarding other matters it’s always good to talk to the staff on site directly, if things are not to your satisfactory, Many things are possible to solve and we try to always act for a good solution for everyone. The property is nice but the customer service was very poor. I asked for a late checkout - 1 hour initially and told me any extra time would be appreciated , because I had an allergic reaction in my arms and needed more time to peralte but is head they came to kick me out of the room 15 minutes prior to the checkout time . I’ve been to Bali many times and it’s the only place where I found such poor customer service and zero empathizing or accommodating.

We are sorry our hotel did not live up to your expectations, we always take feedback seriously and it is our priority to offer the best service for each guest.This time we could not offer late check out since we are very booked and need the time for preparing the room for the next guest. This is why we offered our service in other ways and to hold your luggage until your had the medical attention you needed. We never kick anyone out early and it might have been you had the time wrong when we asked for a checkout some time after 12 and assisted with the luggage. Our apologies if something in our way to try to meet you in your situation was somehow unpleasant. It was certainly not our intention. You get what you pay for and The White Villa's didnt dissapoint. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was huge, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were also comfortable, which is important. The grounds and pool were amazing, and so was the daily cooked to order breakfast. Staff were so friendly and always wanted to go out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and well looked after. As for the area, its set back about a 5 min walk from the main street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and is in a very safe location. Very easy and accessible walk. If I'm ever back in Ubud, I will definitely stay there again.

Definitely love to stay again! I stayed 4 nights at the suite room with Terrence, the room was timeless, cleaned and relaxing. The breakfast can either served to your room or their nice lounge area. They also have lunch/dinner menu at a limited time for room service, an infinity pool and free afternoon tea treats. The location is good, within 10 mins walk to the main shopping/restaurant places but no noises in the area at all. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only con is probably it’s on the narrow alley that the cars are not easy to meet, but I was taking scooter most of time so no problem.

Vi hade den mest fantastiska vistelsen någonsin! Frukost på terassen varje morgon, underbar personal och service, jättefin pool! Även underbar lunch och middag på hotellet (på terassen) och närhet till bra andra restauranger. Jättefina rum, poolområde och lounge. Väldigt lugnt och tyst. Bra aircondition dessutom. Vi åkte på en dagstur till Nusa Penida med hjälp av hotellet, även på en dagstur i Ubud, till exempel till Monkey Forrest, vattenfall, risterasser, tempel och plantage. Vi fick hämtning på flygplatsen och även transfer till vårt nästa boende i Uluwatu. Superservice helt enkelt!

The staff there were friendly and helpful, and assisted us book all our tours around the area. Driver of the villa is also nice and patient. Overall, had a great stay there.

My wife and I spent 3 fantastic nights here in a private villa. We were served breakfast each morning on our balcony and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool is beautiful, and was always very quiet. Would definitely stay again!
