Zeer verwaarloosd hotel.
Het hotel zeer verwaarloosd is doordat het goed te zien is dat er lange tijd geen groot onderhoud heeft plaatsgevonden. Zaken als roestvlekken in het bad, zijn professorisch weggewerkt met plamuur en de ramen erg vies. Verder is er weinig aandacht besteed aan de aankleding van het hotel en zijn linnengoed en uniformen personeel oud en versleten. Het is teleurstellend dat wanneer je Sheraton-kwaliteit verwacht, het hotel kwalitatief zeer onder de maat blijkt te zijn.

Other than the staff and service, everything else about the property was pretty average 3-4*. The breakfast area was cramped with guests which could have been better managed on busy days. At the time of checkout, hotel failed to flag me that I had already paid via Expedia but they still took the payment off me!!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Udaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the luxury promised. The hotel’s overall appearance was decaying and neglected, with dirty floors and dated decor. The in-room technology, including phones and key cards, was antiquated to the point of frustration—I had to visit the reception twice just to get my key card working. While my room boasted a pleasing view, the bathroom was a letdown. It was poorly maintained and emitted a persistent, unpleasant odor. One of the most disappointing aspects was the art. Advertised as elegant and classy, the artwork was merely pixelated prints, lacking any authenticity. The hotel certainly has potential, but it’s overshadowed by these glaring issues. The attention to detail that one expects from a luxury hotel was sorely missing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I won’t consider staying here again. Also, the bathroom was full with flies and it smelled super bad!

They gave us a room right below some party hall above. The whole stay was a disaster, tv took 4 hours to work. Non responsive staff. No decency and Quality.

The view is great! Don't get lured by it. The rooms are very old. Power sockets don't work Hair dryer doesn't work. Coffe maker doesn't work. Wi-fi is pathetic, you cannot get your work done there. Breakfast you don't get chairs you seat and it's like mela. The worst experience is the front desk keeps saying we will fix and nothing gets done. Mr Danish and Mukul are just terrible front desk manager. If the management is listening, your folks said they will refund my stay amount.

HORRIBLE property. They charged us 500 rupees for a bottle of bisleri water when we were sick. We saw cockroaches and spiders in our bathroom. No one came to clean our room after we asked them to after we were sick. Our door was wide open one night when we came back and ended ip getting fly infestation. Everything is EXTREMELY overpriced. It looks very nice but actually sucks and is very uncomfortable to live in. Our room felt damp. Literally we would get into our sheets and it felt soooo wet. Our friends had a horrible experience as well. They had to switch rooms 3 times and the 3rd time they had bed bugs. My friend had bug bits all over her face and management did not care. They basically laughed in her face.

Liked the overall hotel outside architecture and lobby area. Service staff response was very quick and helpful. The Neelmahal and roof top restaurant ambiance, service and food was awesome. Did not like - gave only 2 key cards but we were 3 adults and they refused a 3rd key. The key cards stopped working twice in my 3 day stay. Refused to reheat the previous days food that we ate from the hotel restaurant. The shower hot water was changing between hot and cold. The power outlet face plate was loosely mounted.

It was terrible experience with family Room temperature thermostat was not working Three time they sent so called engineers to fix it but no one could it They even didn’t allow to transfer to another room Mattress was at least 6-8 inch smaller than bed frame which is biggest safety flow for babies or even for adults during sleep Iron, sleeper and laundry bag was missing - looks like no one checked / cleaned room before allocating us Manager was nice guy but without any authority No one picks up phone from outside numbers Covid social distancing during check was biggest joke - check in staff was ignoring who is waiting in line n instead of that handling those who were jumping line Location- very good Restaurant- one the best food Breakfast buffet- below average for price of hotel Puppet show in the lawn area was very nice Hotel painting, art work - one of the best we hv seen Baggage handling- it’s better in local hotels Never stay there in suite as it worst view or rather no view Room art work - very good Will never recommend with kids
