Spacious apartment of approximately 80 square meters, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building (please note there is a small step at the entrance).

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area that is well-served and has excellent access to the city center. In just a few minutes, on foot or by public transportation, you can reach Udine’s main attractions.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and TV;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BEDROOM 2 with a double sofa bed and a dresser;

- BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, a desk, and a dresser;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BATHROOM 2 with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine (in the utility room), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

- Please note that to access Bedroom 3, you must pass through Bedroom 2.

- Please note that the two bathrooms are located within two different sleeping areas: to access them, you must go through Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, respectively.

- Please note that there is a small step at the entrance to the property.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Please note that check-ins-in outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: EUR 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: EUR 30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: EUR 40.00.



The property is located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood in the northern part of Udine. While the area offers a relaxed atmosphere away from the traffic of the city center, it is full of amenities and well-served: in the immediate vicinity, you’ll find cafes, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine or simply take a break.

Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily reach the city’s main attractions, either on foot or by public transportation. The historic center is about a 20-minute walk away, offering a pleasant stroll through the streets of Udine.

- From Trieste Airport, the apartment is about a 40-minute taxi ride away; Alternatively, you can take a train to Udine Station and continue as described above.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; you can park for free in the vicinity of the property.
