Casa d`aMare is a solution for 4 people on vacation in Torre San Giovanni, a renowned marina on the Ionian coast in the territory of Ugento.
The house, located a few steps from the seafront, consists of two independent apartments, located between ground floor and second floor.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, kitchen with electric oven and refrigerator. Pets are allowed.

The vacation home Casa d`aMare consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor.
The entrances of the two apartments are adjacent, both facing the street. In addition, the two apartments can be communicating through an internal door.
On both the ground floor and the second floor, the interiors consist of living room with open kitchen and dining room, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
In all, therefore, Casa d`aMare offers up to 4 beds.

Casa d`aMare is located in Torre San Giovanni, in the center of Ugento Marina, within walking distance of the seafront and with all the main services also within walking distance.
The Torre San Giovanni lighthouse with its small harbor is about 350 m away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
