I'm completely pissed soap was in the shower from previous customer cigarette holes in my sheets I asked for a non-smoking room smelled like I walked into a bar full of smokers stains on the sheets from 7:30 pm one hour after arriving people next to us fought all night slamming doors yell cussing drinking we literally spent $60 to listen to noise and reek of smoke and nasty feet. Idk the side facing Jerry's is horrible. In Jan we stayed on the other side the new updated rooms and it was lovely. But yesterday was a waste of money never again

Normally I've never had any issues to complain about but my last 3 stays here have been terrible and I don't think I'll be staying here again. 3 weeks ago I checked in and the manager put my grandson and I in a room and within 20 minutes I began itching really bad and felt something on my neck and ankle. I lifted the pillow on the bed and I was astonished when I saw 3 bedbugs I was able to grab a tissue and catch 2 and took them right down to the front desk and showed the manager. While he was rather shocked by what he was seeing and very apologetic he offered to move us to another room. I accepted because I just drove 11 hours and exhausted I had my grandson strip and get in the shower afterwards I did the same and threw both our clothes in the trash and had to double bag our clean clothes go to a local laundry mat and wash our clothes 3 times. Reluctantly we stayed an additional night and to my surprise the manager didn't even offer a discount or refund for the first night after the nightmare and 3 hours in a laundry mat trying to get the nasty bugs out of our clothes. Now I gave Red Roof Inn the benefit that the last stay was an unfortunate event and it happens I decided to stay here because of the locality and not the property but Red Roof Inn reservation overcharged me for my reservation by 20.00 dollars I called and cancelled and made a new reservation and now I have a charge for the one night stay but an additional 66.39 change pending on my card.

I didn’t ask for more towels because I had bought some that were on sale, but the room only offered 2 bath, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths….. there was 4 of us! But other than that, it wasn’t too bad a place to stay. I didn’t have time in the morning to try their breakfast.

You get what you paid for.
I’ve stayed there before and have never had many problems. If you want an outstanding hotel, this is not the place. If you just need a place to stay and sleep with a decent price, this would be it. When I stayed it had been raining heavily and I had a problem with ants on the nightstand. When I mentioned it they said the exterminator had recently sprayed but said the ants would probably come back. The maid had ant spray that helped for the two nights I was there. So they did what they could.

Booked a non-smoking room and when I got to the room it smelled like cigarettes and had old cigarette burns on the nightstands and the bath tub. Room wasn’t very clean and was full of ants. The soap and coffee was already open. I feel like I paid $75 for a $25 room

The room smelled like smoke, the bed sheets/blankets had stains on them. We found a mystery hair in our bed. The linens were dirty. It was just not a comfortable stay.

I was a bit hesitant of this property since it has some pretty bad reviews. However, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a budget no frills motel, which is what I was looking for during my stay.

We were here for our 2nd 3 night stay within a month. We were assigned same room. We had a tough time adjusting the heat both times. Room is small, but ok and 1/2 the price of nearby chain motels. Spartan breakfast.
