'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'great location, but little misconception. When you first arrive, your arriving at the valet parking, thats not the front lobby. There was a sign saying at the front desk "will be back in 15 minutes". Thats for valet, go up the elevator thats where the lobby actually is'

'First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place. Peeling wallpaper, old carpeting & outdated furniture. Service was beyond bad if you can call it service. Nobody was friendly and literally GRUNTED when I said good morning. I could go on and on about what a dump this place is. I will go elsewhere next time. '

'There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed. '

'The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then.'

'Its clean. Staffs are nice. I dont like the breakfast. There was only one staff cooking for breakfast, we had to wait for a long time and all we had only sausage and eggs. But room no complaints'
