'Het is prettig verblijven bij Lucy. uitermate hartelijk en zorgzaam. We moesten er vroeg uit voor ons programma en dat was prima. Het ontbijt vroeg met heerlijke gebakken eitjes. Alles superschoon. Fijne ruime kamer. Goed bed'

'Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. '

'It is a new property. There is construction still going on in adjacent units. The apartment was warm and cozy, perfect for winter. Hot water supply was very good. It is located a short walk from the main shopping street and the bus station. Everything we needed was within walking distance including some nice restaurants, the waterfront and the artisan market. '

Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who prepared it was so sweet. Plus, if you have a car, there's convenient parking at the rear. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!'

They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. 'El Establo is fabulous. Between the bus station and downtown it is close to everything (10 min walk). Very clean and well organized. Fit us perfectly for our stay pre and post hiking. Muchos Gracias.'

'We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early).
