'Accomodation was clean, welcoming, beautiful, bed was super comfortable, had everything you could possibly need. They really did anticipate your every wish. Historically very interesting. Full English breakfast was incredible. Parking was easy and much appreciated. Staff - Greg, Sarah and Sam were all amazingly helpful with customer service being top of their mind. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!'
'Was in town to go to the Tank Museum. Lovely property that was a 5 minute drive to the museum. There was an attached restaurant that was very reasonably priced and a nice continental breakfast that came with the room rate. The rooms were clean and functional. The doors were charming and opened with an old school key. For better or worse, the doors were also older wooden doors and not terribly good at keeping the outside noise out. '

'On arrival the place felt calm and set in a beautiful area, the staff were lovely and very friendly, I cannot fault their service at all. The room was fabulous, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable with great views of

'Loads of parking. We had a Ground floor room which was very large and quiet. We booked last minute over the August bank holiday so it wasn’t cheap and the pub doesn’t serve breakfast. Manager is really helpful and nice pub. Very near the New Forest for walks. Would only suggest for the price would have expected some additional toiletries '

'Such a lovely hotel , amazing view of the river , was given a upgrade wow it was a 2 bedroom apartment floor to ceiling window in lounge to relax and watch the boats sail by what more could we ask for . The food was all delicious, we had breakfast , lunch and dinner , staff were all very friendly . The hydropool in spa was relaxing everywhere was clean . There were a couple of niggles in the room , the bed was making creaking noises every movement which was a bit annoying so maybe the bedstead...
