Afgelegen hut van route 6

Houd je van jagen, vissen, wandelen, lef, skiën, ATV'en of gewoon relaxen? Deze kleine hut is perfect voor jou. De hut is gelegen op 1. 5 hectare in de buurt van een kabbelende beek om te vissen, en het grenst aan staatsbos en ligt in de buurt van state game land. Veel bomen rondom het pand voor schaduw en afzondering. Je hebt Verizon toegang tot je mobiele telefoon en tv beschikbaar als je dat wilt, maar het is ook een geweldige plek om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen en te ontspannen. De accommodatie ligt vlak bij Route 6, waardoor het gemakkelijk te bereiken is. De cabine heeft 3 slaapkamers (1 met dubbele stapelbedden), 1 badkamer, een volledige keuken, een slaapbank en een wasruimte.

Great cabin !

My husband had a wonderful time at your cabin for his birthday. Everything was exactly like our home - coffee, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom was clean and a perfect mattress. We did have trouble in the shower, there weren’t any grab bars to steady yourself. It would help to have some grab bars. We spent early morning (5am) and late afternoon outside enjoying the quiet. And we know that you can not do anything about the noise, but the big trucks were quite noisy. The only other thing I would fix is the height of the porch(when you come out of the door and go right). I have a hip and leg problem. Even if some kind of step be added, it would help. Thanks again Nev and Linda

The stream invites you to sit outside, relax and enjoy the peace. There is a welcoming homey feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Everything was very clean and ready to be used. Scenic setting, cozy cabin

Comfortable cabin set in a nice area with view of the creek from the porch. Nice size rooms, very clean, with just about everything provided for your stay. Driving distance to several points of interest, PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs State Park, Kinzua Bridge, etc. Several small towns to walk around, especially nice was Wellsboro, you can spend a day there. All in all, very enjoyable stay.

Anniversary Fall Foliage Trip

My husband and I stayed at the Hemlock Hideaway for a couple of nights on an anniversary get away weekend. The cabin is in a great location. Easy driving distance to many of the surrounding state parks that we visited. The fall colors were beautiful in mid October! The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The gas furnace in the den works great and kept the cabin nice and cozy warm. It was actually nice to go off line for a couple of days with no wi-fi and limited T-mobile service. But, with no wifi it was difficult to map out our itinerary. Try buying a paper map anywhere these days. It's nearly impossible! I would still recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable place to rest, relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside of rural PA.

Perfect place to sit back and relax. The cabin is well stocked along with everyday "essentials". We were impressed by kitchen supplies, laundry room and towel supply.
