This comfortable one bedroom flat is located on the second floor of a building in the tourist area of Umag and offers a perfect place to relax and explore the coast of Istria. It is only 400 metres from the beautiful beaches, making it the ideal choice for sun and sea lovers.The flat has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed that offers two guests a peaceful night's sleep.The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, a washbasin with cabinet and mirror, and toiletries. Here you will find fresh towels, two per person, and all the necessary toiletries. A washing machine is also available to keep your beachwear clean and fresh.The spacious living room is equipped with a satellite TV so you can enjoy your favourite programmes and films, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. Here you will also find a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed for two more guests if required, as well as a coffee table. The living room also has a dining table and 4 chairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an oven, coffee machine, kettle and fridge, as well as all the necessary crockery and cookware. Here you can prepare delicious meals with regional ingredients. The neighbourhood is quiet and sunny and consists of private houses adorned with well-tended gardens full of flowers and plants as well as some buildings. The area is equipped with two parks with children's games near the beaches, free outdoor fitness equipment by the sea and marvellous lawns and groves. In the surrounding area there are 3 hotels, tennis courts, numerous bars, excellent restaurants with fish menus, the ACI marina, petrol station, supermarket. Due to its proximity to the sea and the various beaches, the neighbourhood is an excellent choice for those who love peace and comfort.The nearby beaches are varied and fulfil every need: sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deckchairs and umbrellas. These beaches make their variety unique and the coast is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, rich in plants of various species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses, offering you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, you only have to move a few hundred metres, as the structure of the beaches changes.The centre of Umag can be easily reached on foot in 10-20 minutes.From the tourist village of Katoro along the coast through the Punta area, the tourist train runs to the centre of Umag and vice versa.In the centre of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, the new square decorated with a fountain and shopping in the shops in the centre or visit the stalls and playground by the sea for the children's enjoyment.To buy a larger amount of groceries, we recommend travelling a few kilometres by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.There are various leisure activities in the surroundings of Umag: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centressports centres for water sports enthusiasts, where water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the tourist village of Sol Stella Maris can be enjoyed, nightclubs, casino, possibility for various boat trips or by bus.The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets and bars.
