This spacious flat for up to 8 people is located on the first floor of a detached house in the Umag-Komunela neighbourhood. The strength of the flat is its convenient location within walking distance to the town centre and all necessary services such as supermarket, bar, pharmacy and bank. The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and covered terrace.The comfortable flat is simply furnished and has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second has three single beds and the last bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen is included in the price and is changed weekly.The first bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a washbasin with cabinet and mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and toiletries. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. Two towels are provided per person and are changed weekly.The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner gas hob and an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. In the dining area you will find a table and 8 chairs, air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and access to the covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the street and garden.Free public parking is available in front of the house and you have to cross the main road.In the garden there is a barbecue area with table and chairs and a shared playground.
