The upper floor also has a slightly smaller terrace with a wooden table and two chairs. This terrace is accessible from the living area and a bedroom. For cosy hours there is a barbecue with garden furniture in the garden, the associated fully equipped summer kitchen which is equipped with electric cooker, oven and dishwasher can be used. The distance to the beach of the Stella Maris holiday complex is approx. 5 km and to the sandy beach of Zambratija 7 km. The latter is easily accessible by car. The car can be parked approx. 200 m from the beach. Various paved or stony paths lead there. For smaller errands you will find a small corner shop in Petrovija, which is 2 km away from Vilanija. There are various supermarkets and restaurants in the centre of Umag and in the surrounding area. Vilanija is a small suburb about 4 kilometres from Umag.
