Air-conditioned 3-bedroom apartment located on the raised ground floor of a family house, just a short walk from the supermarket, playground, and café. The house offers free private parking and a barbecue area in the garden. The town center and the beach can easily be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The accommodation is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.

The air-conditioned apartment features three bedrooms, a dining area with kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and two terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The dining area includes a table with six chairs, a sideboard, and access to the terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a sunshade. The living area is connected to the bedrooms by a hallway equipped with a coat rack, shoe cabinet, mirror, and air conditioning unit. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, bidet, toilet, and bath towels (two per person are provided). The guest toilet is equipped with a urinal, washbasin, and mirror.

The first bedroom features two single beds that can be joined together (2x90x200 cm), bed linen provided, a bedside table with night lamp, two chairs, wardrobe, mirror, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The second bedroom features two single beds (2x90x200 cm), bed linen provided, a bedside table with night lamp, wardrobe, mirror, and one chair. The third bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), bed linen provided, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, table with four chairs, chest of drawers with flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, mirror, iron and ironing board, and access to a terrace furnished with a table, two chairs, a sunshade, and garden views.

The center of Umag can easily be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

In the center of Umag, visitors can explore the museum, aquarium, and cathedral. A walk along the famous Umag Breakwater is highly recommended, as well as discovering the narrow and charming streets of Umag's old town. You can also visit the waterfront market stalls and the seaside playground for children. The supermarket is only 100 m from the house. For larger grocery shopping, it is worth driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine.

There are many leisure opportunities nearby, including tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horseback riding, water sports, nightclubs, an adventure park, mini-golf, and fishing. Various organized boat and bus excursions are also available. The area is rich in renowned restaurants, traditional eateries, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and bars.

For days when the beach is not an option or for evening outings, we recommend exploring the Istrian inland. Particularly interesting are the artists' village of Grožnjan, Motovun—the typical medieval hilltop town famous for its film festival held every year at the end of July—and the village of Livade, renowned for its white truffles. Cave enthusiasts should visit the Baredine Cave. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located only 60 km from Umag. Other interesting destinations along the coast include Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč.

Various "Fish Picnic" boat excursions are organized, offering the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. A day trip to Venice by hydrofoil is also available (subject to operational conditions). For children's enjoyment, visit the Istralandia Water Park, located 20 km from Umag, and the Dino Park in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed for all ages. Food lovers can enjoy various tastings of local wines, cheeses, olive oil, traditional Istrian prosciutto, and much more.
