The flat for up to 6 people is located on the ground floor of a family house in the Umag-Komunela district. Sunny location, 900 m from the centre of Umag and 2200 m from the sandy beaches of Punta.The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the second with two single beds. The complete bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, bidet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The living area with kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dining table with chairs, sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection - free Wi-Fi. The private terrace at the entrance is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue.In the fenced garden there is a children's playground with slide, swing and trampoline for shared use.
