The apartment is located in Bašanija, a small fishing village just 6 km from Umag. The location is excellent due to its proximity to the town center and the beach. Ideal accommodation for families with children or couples of friends.The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with two other apartments, one near the ground floor which is rented and one on the first floor where the friendly owners live.The apartment consists of two bedrooms with double bed, bedside tables, night lamps, wardrobe and mirror, bed linen is provided (changed weekly), eat-in kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, stove with 3 gas burners and an electric hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer area, dining corner with dining table and 4 chairs, bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet, mirror and sink, external window, towels for two bathrooms per person are provided (changed weekly). The house offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning. The covered terrace, private at the entrance, furnished with dining table and benches. A terrace equipped with table, chairs and portable barbecue is available for shared use. In front of the apartment is the magnificent vegetable garden where the kind owner grows vegetables which she kindly offers to customers.The furnishings are not modern but cleanliness and hospitality are guaranteed. The house offers simple services but you will find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
