'The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

'This apartment exists residence tower of big shopping mall. Way to check in is bit difficult, but I conatct Mr.Eslam. He is very gentle and kind. He escorted us to apartment smoothly. and recommend very nice Egyptian restaurant near apartment.

Instead, we were given a massive suite on the 23rd floor, complete with three spacious bedrooms and balconies offering stunning views of the Nile. The suite was immaculately clean, remarkably quiet, and provided a restful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Housekeeping was attentive, providing fresh bottled water daily and keeping the space spotless.
