Rustige vakantie in de kloof dicht bij alles!

Het is het rustige huis in het bos met toegang tot alles wat de Columbia River Gorge te bieden heeft. Het is gelegen op Underwood Mountain aan de Washington-kant van de kloof. Het is in een landelijke omgeving met een korte rit van 10 minuten naar Hood River ($ 2 brug tol) en op 5 minuten rijden van White Salmon.

Het huis ligt op enkele minuten van vier van de beste wijnhuizen van Washington: Aniche Cellars (zichtbaar vanaf de oprit, 0,5 km lopen), Hawkins Cellars, Willow Wine Cellars en White Salmon Vineyard. Gorge Crest Vineyard Wedding locatie is ook twee minuten van het huis.

Wifi en Hulu / Netflix / Apple-accounttoegang. Speelplaats voor kinderen. Dit huis ligt op 2. 5 hectare rustig bos. Er is een grote parkeerplaats voor meerdere auto's en een beveiligde garage voor alle kloofuitrusting die u meeneemt (fietsen, vliegers, windsurfen, kajaks, ski's, enz.) Dicht bij Washington lanceert kite- en windsurflancering. 35 minuten rijden naar Mt. Hood Meadows. Geschikt voor 11 personen in bedden.

Beautiful!

My sisters & I stayed four nights while exploring the Columbia River Gorge. The location is perfect-conveniently located but private. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfy & the outdoor space is relaxing and peaceful. Communication with Kylan was very easy. The provided digital guestbook includes all the information needed for a carefree stay.

One of our favorite meals was preparing roasted salmon, asparagus and salad and eating together with a bottle of good Oregon wine. We enjoyed the outside space in the evenings. We choose this home due to it’s close proximity to Rocky Hill Events where my daughter got married. The home was great for multiple families however it is wise to check into the rules when you are booking this property for a wedding. The home was very clean and comfortable for our families!

Perfect family retreat

We loved our stay in Underwood! The house was super clean, kid friendly, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The kids enjoyed playing games from the game closet and sledding in the yard. The property is very private, but conveniently located just a few minutes from White Salmon and Hood River. The owners are communicative and accommodating. Absolutely recommend this home for a family getaway! We visit this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

Ladies Ski Retreat 2023

Beautiful location

This was a beautiful property, inside and out. It was the perfect spot for our family to stay in while we were in town for fall wedding festivities. The house was clean, modern and convenient. Windows let in lots of light, and showcased beautiful forest setting. Living spaces upstairs and downstairs allowed privacy for various family members. The yard was stunning, with lots of private space to hang out. Kylan was great to work with. We were able to plan a small event while staying within her house rules.

Perfect set-up

House is exactly as described. We were there to house family for a Hood River/Mount Hood wedding so we didn’t use the hot tub (no time) or the fire pit (outdoor burn ban). But the house had ample room for everyone and was well appointed. Instructions were clear. Beautiful setting and very handy to our needs across the River where the wedding events occurred. Also close to family staying in Hood River lodgings. Highly recommend!

40th birthday surprise

Several of us flew from all over the country to surprise my sister for her 40th birthday. This was a great place for all of us. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out, but an equal amount of space for us to have our own space as well. The downstairs was a little cold, but we grabbed extra blankets. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. Highly recommend for any variety of medium group gatherings. Kylan was responsive and very willing to work with me.

Our family group stayed here during our daughter's wedding.The house and surrounding property are clean and tidy. A welcome basket greeted us; which is a nice touch. There are indoor/outdoor activities for children. However, a no shoes policy and chalkboard rules feel restrictive [but understandable]. The neighbors may be friendly but their dog will interrupt a stroll with its barking and growling.

Happy Wedding stay

The property was perfect for our family of 10 that included 3 kids. Having the second kitchen /living downstairs area was also beneficial. Sitting in the backyard in the early evenings was very relaxing and we were able to enjoy some of the games and the great hot tub. Our biggest problem was we didn't get to spend much time at the place as the various wedding events kept us on the move. I would love to go back and enjoy more time at the unit and in the town of White Salmon. The location worked out well for us because the wedding reception was just up the road at the Gorge Crest Vineyard which also was spectacular. Very quiet and remote location and very relaxing.

Great family vacation location

If you looking for a relaxed location in the woods and enough room to spread out and have fun, look no further. The amenities outdoors for kids and adults to play games, hang out, chat and then have enough room to never feel you are on top of each other you will be challenged to beat this. So close to outdoor activities, Hood River and all water sports - hard to beat. Lots of space to park cars. The large dining room table also awesome. Cannot say enough about this place for a large family. We are grandparents, had sons, daughter in law and 5 grandkids ranging in age from 8 to 22. All had a blast. Thank you !
