'The hotel is nice. But the rooms felt dirty'

'The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which I liked. However, the room had such a musty damp odor in it. the rug appeared to be most or wet. Once I would step onto the marble or tiled flooring; it would be slippery. The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). The eggs that were cooked, it either had cheese, or peppers in them; two foods that...

'This was the best Marriott Courtyard we've ever stayed. The property is pristine & the staff are very helpful. Would recommend 10/10.'

'We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay.'

'Neighborhood services restaurant was cute, nice staff but was served very raw eggs and sausage that looked so bad I didn’t touch it. Paid for two breakfasts and only able to eat the toast. We didn’t eat at the hotel again. Other than food the place is very nice, so convenient & would stay again.'
