Perfect Stay, Perfect Locations

This property was lovely. The home is well kept and updated. The location could not be beat. We walked to the beach a few times a day. You're close to everything but at the same time feel like you're away from it all. We would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great house and location

My family and I had a great time at this location. House was very accurate with the listing and provided everything we needed for our stay. Property manager was very efficient with our check-in process and information for our stay. Fantastic house and location for a family trip! Beach was about a 5 minute walk down the road which was perfect for our little ones. We plan on using this house again for future trips!

Great place

The home was roomy at cozy. We felt at home immediately. 5-10 minute walk to a quiet, beautiful public beach (bring beach toys if you have kids). Kitchen is very well equipped.

Great Weekend Getaway

A beautiful cottage home in a great location. Girls weekend for mom's birthday. Would love to come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the outdoor fire pit and screened in porch. The only "cons" I have is that we had a fire in the fireplace but there were no tools to stoke the fire or clean out the ashes. The other con is the beach was more than 2 blocks away. Mom couldn't walk there and there is no public parking at the public access closest to the home. Overall, a wonderful weekend!

Loved our trip to Union Pier

Loved everything about this house! Clean, well stocked and spacious (much larger than it appears in the photos). Short walk to the beach (beautiful beach), a darling market (Union Pier Market) and a delicious restaurant (Red Arrow Roadhouse). We loved the screened porch and the firepit! My parents joined us (both in their 80s) and the house was easy for them to maneuver, We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome family vacation home!

We spent a great week at this house! The location was amazing, and we walked to the beach every day. We had the best time. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get away to the beach for a week!

Just Right for a Gal's Getaway

The property is super-clean, comfortable, decor is fresh and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment to prep meals. The public beach is short walk from the house, and beach chairs are provided. Make sure to read the information email sent early in the week before you arrive regarding bedding. Due to Covid, they have currently removed extra blankets, and some of the comforters. See what the current state is, and bring some covers if you want them. I didn't see the email in my inbox, so we had to improvise on a cool weekend.

Wonderful property, will stay again!

We were very pleased and impressed with this property, from the decor to the upgrades. It's very simple, yet modern. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. We will be back again next year!

High school girls weekend

Absolutely perfect! Comfortable, homey, clean, and just right for our reunion of high school friends. Plenty of room and great location. Decor is gorgeous. Loved the walks on the beach, deer outside our window, the peace and quiet, the beautiful trees sheltering the home, etc. Everything A+! Thank you!

Perfect Beachy House Weekend

Couldn't ask for a more comfortable and inviting home. Offers all the amenities you need and very clean. Loved the area and enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch and watching the deer! Would definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband, son and I enjoyed five amazing days at this rental property. It was light, bright, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Proxemity to the beach is great. Just a few short blocks away, or about a 7 minute walk. If you have a little one, as we do, think about bringing a wagon to carry all your stuff. There's a sandy downhill slope to get to the lake, so you won't be able to lug your stroller down there. Not a big deal at all, but something to keep in mind. This property is across Red Arrow Highway which the commuter train runs along, so if you are a light sleeper, note that you'll likely hear the train whistle once or twice while you're there. There are PLENTY of towels for your stay (both bath and beach), which is nice. The screened porch is amazing for relaxing, with overhead fans and a nice cross breeze as it has screens on three sides. My husband and I spent quite a bit of time out there once we put our little one to bed. The neighborhood is ideal. Beautiful area to walk around in, grab a coffee or lunch from Whistle Stop, and just be away from it all. Our host was so lovely, too! Highly recommend staying here (and would do it year-round!).
