Een uitnodiging: Coastal Concepts, Inc., een ontwerp- en ontwikkelingsteam, is verheugd aan te kondigen dat haar nieuwste project, Shorewinds cottage, nu beschikbaar is voor verhuur aan veeleisende gasten. Dit stijlvolle huis is gelegen aan het strand van Lakeshore Road in wenselijk Union Pier.

De binnenomgeving combineert op slimme wijze het gebruik van originele kunstwerken, artefacten en antiek op een speelse manier die de essentie van het leven aan de kust vangt. Franse deuren leiden vanuit de keuken naar een zijterras dat grenst aan het strandpad. Omheind voor privacy, kunt u buiten dineren terwijl u luistert naar de golven op de kust.

Rieten meubels in vintage stijl zitten onder het met pergola overdekte terras en zijn een uitnodigende plek om de late namiddag te ontspannen met een goed boek en een drankje. Een zitje is genesteld bij de vuurplaats voor sterrenkijken op de late avond. Dit is een huisje dat je zal verrassen dat je hebt gekozen om te delen met je geliefden.

: Reserveringen zijn pas beveiligd als een aanbetaling van 50% en een ondertekend contract zijn ontvangen. Het saldo moet 60 dagen voor de geplande aankomst worden betaald, samen met een borg en schoonmaakkosten. Er is een minimum van 3 nachten voor vakanties en Special Event Weekends, tegen het weekendtarief.

Volledige betaling is vereist bij boekingen die minder dan 30 dagen van tevoren zijn gedaan. Zomerverhuur wordt alleen geboekt als een pakket van 8 dagen / 7 nachten. Alle verhuur begint op vrijdagavond en eindigt de volgende vrijdagochtend.

Check in om zestien en check out om 10 uur op vrijdag voor wekelijkse verhuur. Er kunnen annuleringskosten van toepassing zijn.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family!

We just returned from an incredible stay at this cottage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach(30 second walk from backyard) which made it so easy for our family of four to enjoy long, relaxing days by the ocean.The cottage itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, it was clear the hosts put thought into making guests feel at home. The space was just the right size for us, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beachfront home base for a family vacation.

Peace and quiet on the beach

This is our second time staying at Shorewinds cottage, which probably says enough. The cottage is amazing. It is *extremely* close to the beach. It is also well stocked and kid friendly (our 4 year old daughter loved the place). The food in the area is really good, with a couple of great restaurants and cafes - Union Pier Social, Tapa Tacos, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Whistle Stop Grocery. There are more restaurants and cafes in New Buffalo, which is very close. David's Delicatessen and Coffee is a must. Both times we have visited we came in March, and while it can be a bit chilly, we really enjoy the peace and quiet in the off season. other must-do things: Warren Beach Dunes and Galien River County Park

Amazing Stay!

Booked the shorewinds cottage as a last minute weekend trip for my mom and I and it was perfect! The inside was cuter and bigger than pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor seating areas and the proximity to the beach - amazing to not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Perfect location within walking distance of the Whistle Stop, The Roadhouse and Milda's. Would definitely book again!

2nd summer at our happy place!

We came back for our 2nd summer and we already booked again for our 3rd summer! Clean and spacious and very comfortable, appreciated the new beds and TVs and other improvements. The grounds are even more beautiful than the photos, bird lovers remember to bring seed for the feeders! Easy checkin, good communication with property manager. And the location cannot be beat!

Our new happy place!

We had been staying for years at another property that stopped taking rentals and we were looking for our new happy place. We definitely found it! The property was exactly as the description stated and even better than the photos showed. No beach view but yes literally steps from the property to the path that leads to the beach. But still felt private and serene. The house was very clean and well furnished. We loved the natural light and the open layout inside, as well as the multiple exits to the cozy spaces outside. Joan the property manager was responsive and gave us clear communication re checkin/checkout. I brought birdseed as she suggested and spent hours on the front porch watching and listening to the birds. Highly recommend this place!

Family summer vacation

Wonderful cottage in Union Pier, Michigan. It's got everything you need for vacationing on the beach. Fully equipped, clean, sleeps five, laundry, close walk to beach. Great place to stay.

Michigan Oasis by the beach

The location is amazing -just in from the beach. The garden is an oasis with everything from cute outdoor shower to fire pit to quiet places to read and watch hummingbirds. The house is immaculate, well equipped and tastefully decorated. This is our second time at the property and are planning on returning next year. Joan is a great host as well.

Nature’s Bounty

The whimsical cottage was so much more than any pictures on vrbo could show! we were surrounded by nature from the time we walked up on the front porch. Watching the birds was a total delight. Even saw a doe nosing around. Just out the garden gate and down a small path is the beach. There are several steps going down to the beach so if you are handicapped, bring your crutches or cane. There are gourmet restaurants, markets, and boutiques within five minutes. You can’t go wrong renting from Joan.
