'Wonderful for us country folks, Wonderful for the dog as he is a farmboy. The place was nicely attired with lots of items. the only thing we could say is the odor upon first entering was off putting, maybe the heat vents? the place was clean so not sure what that was. Lots of coyote yipping at night. Loved the heifers, made us feel at home.'

'The place was perfect for us. Very cozy, we felt so comfortable. It had everything we needed and was on a quiet road. Very peaceful out there. But not too far from anything we might need in town. Byron was super responsive and helpful when I reached out with a question. We loved the front porch and relaxing in nature.'

'I had a work trip and prefer staying out of hotels and in nature. This little gem hit every one of my preferences! Its seclusion and peaceful surroundings make it a 10/10 for me. The house was spotless, the bed was SO COMFY, and it made for the perfect getaway. I often have negative experiences with shower sizes for my husband (he’s tall). 'House is very cute. Newly remodeled at least by the looks of it. Very quiet neighborhood. Only thing we could find “wrong” if you want to say it was “wrong” we couldn’t find any baking sheets for the oven. If our daughter wasn’t graduating next month from college and we were visiting again we would stay at this home every time. We are looking to see if this home is available for that weekend.'

'I loved the property and it's owners. Everything was quiet, the leaves were beautuful and rhe sound if the river, mesmerizing. My friend was not able to join me so i came alone and felt perfectly safe seeing that the apartment is part if the house.
