'It is a relatively new hotel, so still clean and not showing signs of wear and tear yet. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The only couple of issues we had were the length of time it took for our luggage to be delivered to the room, and that if things ran out at breakfast it wasn't spotted unless you pointed it out to them.'

Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again. '
