'Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed....

'Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing I asked for was too much (not that I asked for a lot). The breakfast was fresh and tasty! Would recommend. '

'It was hard to get the water to the right temperature for a shower it was either to hot or to cold breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit '

'Room was out of toilet paper and soap. Staff didnt understand english very well. Wont be staying there again unless no other choice available. '

'The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. '

'I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM.'

'Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience.'

'They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.'

Always something seemed to be missing or out - internet, regular milk, ice cream, printer not working in the business center, no carts or assistance with check-in; confusing entrance location, had to change rooms upon check-in - not as advertised on web; did not shovel snow on front walk - safety issue. Very different experience than our wedding night and reception 50 years ago.'

'Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.'

'My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind'

'Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.'

'overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms.'

'One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. '

'The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. '
