'Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...

Rooms are clean and up to date. Location in Manila is good.
However, don't expect availability of the free parking. Not able to connect to the wifi. There is no hot water in the rooms. Staff of room service will blaim their mistakes on the customer and charge wrong. Many flaws for a visit of one night only. '

'Het hotel ligt aan de goede kant van de stad. Midden tussen de winkels en restaurantjes. Het is ook niet de duurste kant van Manilla dus dat viel ook weer mee.
Wat minder was dat er een drukke verkeersader voorbij het hotel liep dat was niet zo veilig om over te steken. Gelukkig is niets gebeurd.

'Huge upgrade from last stay. We got upgrade this time due to a pest to ncidentntte first night. This time no complaints. No bugs or other incident. Room was keept in perfect shape alwayes clean. Nothing but a 5 star experience and i can really recomend the room service foid. Ublide grab you get proper utencils abd plate. The staff is here is the trestemt assets and why we keep comming vack'

So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all.
I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere.
