'Beautiful hotel and spa. Superb dining. Corner suite was above the wedding venue so we were disturbed by the music until midnight. This was disappointing at £870 for the night. We were offered a late check out to compensate. If we book again we’d make sure not to have a room above the wedding venue. '

'Wow such an amazing place to stay, all the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly
Room was very modern with everything we needs and was so comfortable having a child with autism can nearly always bring us challenges when staying away but he loved it settled in well - perfect for us was that he could log in to his own Netflix on the TV and chill for the night.
Highly recommended place to stay and only a 5 min drive to Happy Potter Studios '

'The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London.
The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property.
There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached...

Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a rear bedroom which was wonderfully spacious and with much better facilities. The staff were very pleasant, polite and efficient, the hotel was fascinating and well-kept, and we would certainly stay there again.'

We were greeted and made to feel very welcome straight away.
The room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities.
Tv and WiFi and a rare find these days….plug sockets next to the bed!!
