'We have stayed here twice and have always been very impressed with our experiences. The staff are very friendly — Basin was excellent, especially since he allowed us to check in early, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. 'It’s a good hotel in the centre of the city . Very clean. I had the room on 2 nd floor and strived bit late from meeting. There was a gentleman outside the door smoking who got me-in and checked in. I asked for fire door etc and he told me . The room was clean , there was a kettle but no tea cups saucers ! No bins in the room or toilet. There was only one plug right under the table which was difficult to get to. Soap dispenser in shower was not working. If you can sort these little things , it...

'Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy . Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night.'
