'After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. 'The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc

It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites.
