'A magnificent place, blessed with one of the most beautiful views in Israel. It genuinely feels as though this little piece of paradise was dropped from the heavens onto the Sea of Galilee.
The staff made you feel like you truly mattered. They genuinely cared about your experience and went out of their way to ensure that your stay was memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived.'
'1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....
