'Great place and happen to be there during the 100th anniversary of Pontiac, which is cool. I have to say their breakfast, even though it was a standard buffet, was super high-quality. I usually skip the breakfast buffet, but this place was worth it. Not only that there’s a great Mexican restaurant walking distance from it.'

'The room was ok, bedrooms were nice. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and could use a facelift. The entire building could use a facelift, manual thermostats from the 90's by the looks of it. The sofa bed was broken, which was unfortunate as we actually needed it but made do (though for the price, we really shouldn't be making due with dirty cabinets and broken beds). Staff is very nice. 'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). The adjoining restaurant (also very friendly) served one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. How can you possibly ruin an omelette ? They succeeded. We ate at a pancake house for breakfast after that.'

'This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!'

'Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator.
