'We stayed in a suite room. The room itself and the breakfast were both very good. However, we specifically booked the suite because it was advertised as being available as a twin room. Instead, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a single king-size mattress topper. When I raised this issue, the staff were polite and friendly, but we were told that no changes could be made. I found this difficult to understand, as it seemed that simply changing the mattress...

'Staff was very kind and available to help. Rich and satisfying breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm enough for my necessities. The only negative aspect is the bathroom: too tiny and not practical at all (the entire pavement is the shower tray, which means that it got wet after showering). The washing machine and clothes dryer are free to use, upon request.'

'Zimmer ist einwandfrei. Das Bad sieht gut aus, ist jedoch nicht funktional durchdacht, da alles nass wurde. Vor dem Spiegel steht man komplett im Schatten. Frühstück war richtig gut - tolle Auswahl und gute Qualität. Service an der Rezeption / Bar nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir wurden einfach stehen gelassen und zum Warten vertröstet. Leider wenig am Gast orientiert und schon gar nicht interessiert - schade. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.'
