'Front desk check in clerk was very good,she was friendly and helped me change my room due to noisy kids in room next to me. Myself and several others had difficulty getting our keys to work on the rear entrance. Ice machine on second floor was inoperative. '

'During checking in the clerk, quoted me a different price that was sent to my phone through email from hotel.com . They were charging me the price that they charge customers booking directly from them. The clerk at check-in was very rude and never smiled, She made me feel very uncomfortable as if it was my fault that i was being over charged. She made me feel uncomfortable while other others were standing around, waiting to check in. I felt so embarrassed because I knew what price I was quoted...
