'Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again.'

'A repeat stay at this location. Easy, convenient, clean, and the staff were very accommodating, via email and voice call. The parking could not have been any more easy and available.

'Don’t judge a book by its cover! Although this apartment looks small and bland from the street, open the door and it’s a lovely, spacious, light filled place.I liked it very much. The furnishings were great and the decor colourful. It has a good shower room and the bedroom is a good size. It also has a very nice patio leading off the sitting/dining area. Various supermarkets and a chemist are nearby. Also a convenience store, pubs and a fish & chip shop. A short walk takes one to a large park...

'Another lovely stay here in The Royalist in a quiet area of the city. May I suggest a Nespresso coffee machine would be a great addition to this beautiful contemporary apartment ? Cleanliness, communication and attention to detail are outstanding . Thanks again .'

'Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.'
